𝟭. 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱: Press on second black dot with one finger, stroke with other finger (other hand), up towards first dot. Repeat 8 times.
𝟮. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱 𝗲𝘆𝗲: Stimulate the black dot by firmly pressing on the point for 40 sec.
𝟯. 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲: Circulate with 7 forward movements and then perform 7 pumps (downward pressing movement). This is done simultaneously on both sides of the face.
𝟰. 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗸: Stimulate the black dot by firmly pressing on the point and holding for 40 sec. Repeat on other cheek.
𝟱. 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻: Press on black dot with one finger, stroke with other finger (other hand), up towards cheek. Repeat 8 times on each side of the chin.
